Darshana is excellent. Since the first time I met her, I could tell she was smart and knew what she was talking about. She gave me exercises to help with my SPD but never hopes that it would be fully gone before birth. She was also honest about having to switch focus to delivery when my due date was approaching. We worked on softening my pelvic floor and it was immensely helpful in finding out which birth positions were the ones that were the most effective.
