WHO SHOULD TOTALLY NOT MISS THIS?

If your body, your mind, or your heart has ever whispered any of these, you need to be here:

Are you overwhelmed by advice from the internet, friends, and random TikToks… and just want an expert to tell you what actually works for your body?

Do you feel torn between wanting to be “chill” and wanting to be prepared AF — but not sure where that balance is?

Do you catch yourself wondering if your body is strong enough for what’s coming — or if you’re doing enough to get ready?

Are you secretly anxious about tearing, pushing, peeing, or recovering afterward… but trying not to show it because everyone says, “you’ll be fine”?

Are you a planner by nature (or maybe a bit Type A 😉) — and you want your birth prep to feel as strategic as your calendar?

Maybe you’ve already had one baby, and this time… you want it to feel different.

You’re strong in the gym, but softening, slowing down, or relaxing for birth feels like a whole different skill set — one you were never taught.

☑ Or maybe you’ve been told to take a yoga class every day — but you’re busy, tired, and honestly… you just need something realistic that fits your actual life.

☑ And yes… even if you already know you want an epidural — but still want to understand your body, push effectively, avoid tearing, and not feel like you’re “winging it” when the big moment comes.

If your heart whispered — or yelled — “that’s me,” then this mini-training was made exactly for you

You don’t have to go into birth scared, unprepared, or disconnected from your body.

In just 15 minutes, I’ll walk you through five practical, doable, mom-tested strategies to help you move, breathe, and birth with more confidence (and less fear).

THE FEARS NO ONE TALKS ABOUT

Everyone spends hours packing the “perfect” hospital bag because it feels like preparation.

But the reality? If you’ve got an Amazon Prime membership, you can get anything you forgot in 24 hours.

What actually gets overlooked...and what really impacts your birth and recovery...is preparing your pelvis, your muscles, your breath, and your ability to push, relax, and heal.

Most people prepare their stuff.
Very few prepare their body.

And that’s where things fall apart: women walk into birth hoping their body just “figures it out,” and then wonder why recovery feels harder than it should.

Here’s what no one really says out loud:

✔ The anxiety about losing control when the pain hits and not knowing how you’ll cope

✔ The confusion about what’s “normal” as your body feels different every single day

✔ The fear of tearing...or not healing the way you need to afterward

✔ The worry about what postpartum recovery will really feel like… especially "down there

✔ The frustration of wanting to prepare your body...but having no real roadmap to do it

✔ The pressure of wanting to minimize tearing and actually set yourself up for a smoother, faster postpartum recovery

And it doesn’t stop in the delivery room...

It can spill into your confidence, your energy, even your connection with yourself.

Because when you don’t feel ready — mentally or physically — it’s hard to feel present in one of life’s biggest transitions.

Sound familiar?

You’re not weak. You’re not failing. And you’re definitely not alone.

You just need someone who understands what your body is going through — and how to help it prepare and heal the right way.

That’s what this free training is all about:
Simple, smart, science-backed ways to help you feel strong, calm, and ready for the big day (and the recovery that follows).

Your body is capable. Let’s remind it — and you — just how powerful it really is.

Meet Dr. Darshana: The Woman Changing the Way Women Prepare for Birth

Birth isn’t just about getting the baby out.

It’s about you — your body, your confidence, your recovery, your story.

But no one really tells you that…

Maybe you’ve:
Heard horror stories about tearing, stitches, or “never feeling the same again” and secretly wondered, is that my future too?
Felt anxious about birth but brushed it off because “women have been doing this forever.”
Been told to “just breathe” or “trust your body,” but no one actually showed you how to prepare your pelvic floor for what’s coming.
Worried about what happens after — leaking, pain, prolapse, or feeling disconnected from your body.

☑ Wanted to feel strong, calm, and ready... but instead you’re overwhelmed, over-Googled, and not sure what’s real anymore.

I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping women just like you — moms-to-be who want to prepare smarter, not just harder.

Because here’s the truth:
Birth doesn’t have to be something that “just happens to you.”

You can prepare for it — physically, mentally, and emotionally — so your body knows exactly what to do when it matters most.

I get it — life’s busy, and pregnancy doesn’t exactly come with a pause button.
Between work, appointments, planning, and exhaustion, it’s easy to tell yourself, “I’ll figure it out when the time comes.”

That’s why I’m only asking for 15 minutes of your day — just one short session to help you prepare your body, your mind, and your pelvic floor for one of the biggest days of your life.

☑ The real reason birth injuries happen (and how to minimize your risk)
☑ How to prepare your pelvic floor — yes, you can train for birth just like an athlete trains for game day
☑ The essential mindset shift that turns fear into confidence

☑ My 5-step birth prep blueprint that every expecting woman should know before she goes into labor

By the end, you’ll walk away with practical tools, real clarity, and that deep, grounded confidence that says — I’ve got this.

Because birth should be something you look back on with pridenot pain.

Women Talking, Loud and Proud...

Dr. Darshana is AMAZING.
I'm so glad I started going to her before giving birth because once I went in for my first appointment, she told me my pelvic floor was WAY TOO TIGHT. It would have caused so many problems during pushing and maybe even halted progress due to how tight it was!!!

She gave me meditation exercises, relaxation and loosening exercises to do at home which helped a lot. I was able to continue using these relaxation exercises during delivery and postpartum to help with postpartum.

On top of that, her internal massages helped relax my muscles even more - and she never makes the experience awkward. Instead, she discussed possible mental blocks that might occur during labor, discussed any stressors in my life, gave me her own life experience tips on her pregnancy and labor - it felt like a mini mental/emotional therapy session on top of physical therapy!

I love how available Dr. Darshana is - any question you have, she is just a text away. I'm currently working with her on my postpartum recovery and I'm so excited I have her on my medical team. I feel incredibly supported for a successful and comfortable postpartum recovery.

- PELVIC PT PATIENT

Dr. Darshana is amazing! I saw her for several sessions before giving birth, and she helped me prepare for a healthy, unmedicated delivery in ways I didn’t even know were possible. She taught me how the pelvic floor works, guided me through stretches to prepare my pelvis, and helped me practice birth positions based on how the baby would move through the birth canal. She also gave me tools for mentally preparing for birth.

She made me feel completely comfortable during exams to check cervical progression, and our conversations were always filled with helpful advice on birth and postpartum recovery. We figured out the birth position that would be best for me and I ended up having a smooth, unmedicated hospital birth without complications.

I’m now working with her postpartum, and it’s so reassuring to have her assess my recovery, including checking for Diastasis Recti, and guiding me so I don’t overdo it when returning to exercise. I recommend Dr. Darshana to anyone preparing for birth or wanting to improve their pelvic floor health — she’s skilled, compassionate, and truly committed to her patients’ well-being.

- PELVIC PT PATIENT

As I prepared to give birth to my first born, I debated whether pelvic PT was worth the investment. On a recommendation from a friend, I scheduled time with Darshana and from the start she made me feel seen and cared for by treating every concern I had related to labor and postpartum recovery with thorough attention, even when it didn't fall neatly into the category of pelvic floor specialty - guiding me on things like how do I prepare mentally for birth and how do I manage pain in my rib cage, in addition to how do I push correctly and avoid tearing during birth. If you're looking for a healthcare partner that will be a holistic resource through your pregnancy and postpartum journey, Darshana is a great fit.
